Legal Notice / Rights Status

All copyrights, design rights, and intellectual property concerning the physical design prototype, artworks, and draft concepts created within the "Pierce-Arrow by Colani" hypercar project belong exclusively to Olaf vom Heu. 

As published in the September 2008 German Playboy interview, Olaf vom Heu granted Luigi Colani authorization, under the agreement effective as of December 15, 2007 for a nominal consideration to use his trademark "Pierce-Arrow" for the "Pierce-Arrow by Colani" spin-off-project of six hypercars.

As explicitly stipulated in combined contracts, Luigi Colani in return granted Olaf vom Heu, also for a nominal consideration, the full right to adapt, modify, and refine the original sketches and draft designs to better reflect physical and practical reality as a bonus to a contract already in place. 

This explicitly encompasses digital image processing, editing, and enhancement, as well as any form of reproduction, distribution, and public display (including adjustments to color schemes, such as implementing silver tones to align with the tradition of the legendary Silver Arrows). 

This right explicitly includes the full authorization to use and commercialize the trademark and designation "Pierce-Arrow by Colani" within the scope of these exploitation rights, and is granted in perpetuity, surviving any death or termination without limit.

The acquisition of an NFT does not constitute a financial investment, security, or capital product, nor does it convey any ownership rights, equity interest, dividend claims, trademark/naming rights, or legal claims to physical assets.

As the sole issuer, I offer exclusively complete, indivisible NFTs, I accept no responsibility, liability, or endorsement for any subsequent fractionalization, splitting, commercial bundling, or profit-seeking structures initiated by third parties or secondary market purchasers.
